Incubated the Campus Thrift Store. Sold over 700 items to engaged customers during our first event and over 650 items in 3 hours at our second event. Providing affordable, accessible, and sustainable clothing to students at $1 per item at pop-up events. Created an Instagram social media campaign which boosted interactions by 4500%. Responsible for 100% of funding raised by the NC State Stewards. Partnered with local vendors to bring over 60 vendors to NCSU’s campus in our recurring vintage bazaar. Facilitated the spending of $50,000 dollars within 6 hours during one of our vintage bazaar. It allowed me to create my own internship opportunity and has given me the chance to work with students at MIT and at Gettysburg College.

Fast-paced retail environment, juggling filling in-store and online orders with Shopify, generally 75 per day. Bartending at the in-shop beer and wine bar to enhance customer experience while shopping and assisting with in-store events, such as trunk shows, karaoke nights, and drag king shows. Consulting with proprietors regarding selecting merchandise from ethical, domestic, or sustainable companies. Sourcing from/scouting new brands for the store ensuring alignment of environmental and ethical priorities.

Team lead for a campus organization called NC State's Sustainability Stewards. Planned, organized, and hosted the Campus Thrift Store, where we advocated sustainable, affordable, and accessible clothing for students. Over 700 items were sold in 5 hours.

Responsible for weekly banking, deliveries, and recycling and compost drop-offs; effectively operated in a fast-paced service environment. Developed new operations protocols to streamline efficiency during pandemic curbside business model. Helped manage brand image on social media in response to current events such as social justice.
