WTL is a regional solid/liquid disposal and hauling facility. The WTL has gone through a large expansion in recent years with a 75 acre landfill redevelopment/mining/expansion, adding a railroad yard, building a new administration building, installing our own CNG filing station, we have converted some of our fleet to CNG, acquiring additional acreage to support the operation, increasing employee’s from 45 to 85 and starting closure of the existing 33 acre landfill. The 75 acre expansion involves mining/recycling of the old #1 landfill that was closed in '94 and reusing the same footprint, essentially recycling the old landfill and adding 40+ years of capacity and working in the same area. My leadership is focused on providing assistance to an excellent group of employee’s, giving them the confidence, support and resources they need to accomplish above ordinary results. Challenging ourselves to be better and expecting more tomorrow than we produced today. We demand that the leadership team understands and believes that improvement and success starts with us being able to change the way we communicate and getting advice from our staff to make us better. I am involved with 3 different companies that I helped start. One of which is a smaller excavating and rental business that works with smaller companies for equipment needs and does site work and contouring. The other 2 are real estate, focused on recreational and commercial sales. Investing back in the community is a big part of my life. Theis companies are all located in northcentral PA. I am a Board Member of Woodlands Bank, which is a local Community Bank with operations in NC PA.I am active in community involvement through; Board Member and Executive Committee member of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce, First Community Foundation of PA and Advance Central PA.
