I have over 20 years of experience in general management, and supply chain and operations management, I have successfully led and supported various projects and initiatives in the fields of animal nutrition and presently mental health therapy. Previously, I was the General Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Pestell Nutrition Inc. and Pro-Ag Products Ltd, leading distributors of animal nutrition and health products. In this role, I was responsible for managing the staff, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and customer service functions, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans.I have also served as the President of the Board of Directors at the Supply Chain Management Association Manitoba in a volunteer capacity, where I promoted and advanced the profession and the association. I was able to use my experience to create annual budgets for the association to make efficient use of resources.Currently, I am the Business Manager at MHA Clinical Social Work Therapy Services, where I oversee the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the organization. I have a B.Sc. in Agribusiness from the University of Manitoba, and I have acquired skills in general management, operations management, logistics management, and purchasing. My core competencies include leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. I am passionate about applying my expertise and skills to support and improve the workplaces I am in with an impressive track record in staff retention. I value workplace where things get done, but to have fun doing it while letting staff learn and grow as we move forward.
