• Serve as primary point of contact and oversee the day-to-day technical operations at the Disney Junior Theater• Contribute to, review, and follow production schedules and assure details are communicated totechnical crew and other staff, assist to schedule crew for shows, events and projects• Coordinate multiple overlapping projects including rehearsals, shows, events, preventativemaintenance and special projects and ensure venue is ready for each event• Ensure proper inventory of tools, equipment, spare-parts and supplies, submit purchase orders andmaintain acquired product deliveries• Order temporary logistics equipment and communicate time-frames to ensure minimal disruption• Identify capital expenditure and improvement needs• Create and complete work orders, create and distribute daily technical, show and rehearsal reports• Maintain proper documentation of CMMS equipment database (Maximo)• Successfully train and supervise technical staff and provide verbal and written communication• Adhere to company safety standards and standard operating procedures• Develop, write and implement training procedures and operating guides for multiple positions anddisciplines with varied requirements• Maintain facility office and break room equipment, expendable and consumable supplies• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve daily issues and stay on schedule• Supervise implementation and execution of lighting, audio, special effects & venue enhancements• Oversee creation and tracking of short & long term cycle preventative maintenance and unplannedcorrective work orders• Perform routine maintenance on equipment either through self-servicing or by informing appropriatedepartments, and communicate with service vendors• Improved show quality by identifying failure points in systems and implementing safeguards
