Helped in the set up of the finance function, trained the new analysts and designed the company’s management information pack. I was the first permanent analyst to join, analysing the business across all departments within a pre launch environment (fast moving, incomplete systems), this team of analyst eventually grew to 9 people.Established global business models across entire company including throughput (product time, cycle, capacity and costs), call centre operational model, budgets, logistics / worldwide distribution model (with use of activity based costing), cash flow model, balanced scorecard, KPIs, and re-modelled the original five-year financial plans.

Ladies and Girls clothing fashion store with 300+ store around the UK. Worked within the Business Analysis Department.Employed to roll out their first ever financials to store level. Designed and developed excel models with macros, via links to Access Database, to produce 300+ profit and loss to store, regional and national level. Other duties included training store managers to read financials, analysis of store promotions, sales & leaseback analysis of stores, new store / closure of store analysis and some benchmarking exercise.
