Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with minors in Business Administration, Management, and Psychology, I have developed a strong foundation in business principles and people management.My career journey has equipped me with diverse skills, including customer service, time management, teamwork, communication, and organization. These skills have been honed through my roles as a Peer Mentor, Manager's Assistant, Campus Recreation Associate, Career Peer, Administrative Assistant Intern, and HR Generalist Intern. Each position has given me unique insights into enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining operations, and supporting student success.In my role as an HR Generalist Intern, I created job postings on Workday, updated the university’s directory, and ensured database standards by scanning past documents. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of HR operations and the importance of maintaining accurate records.In addition to my hands-on experience, I am actively developing my data analytics skills through courses on Maven Analytics. I am currently learning tools such as Excel, MySQL, Power BI, and Tableau, which I am eager to apply in an analytical role.
