I have managed the flagship London store for over 5 years, and served as Deputy Manager for 10 years prior to that. In that time I have proven myself to be a committed team player for whom leadership comes naturally. I adapt well to new situations and enjoy a challenging working environment. I communicate well, relate easily to people and am intuitively able to understand my customer’s needs. As a result I am a very successful salesman and have been awarded Salesman of the Year 5 years in a row. My success in sales is driven largely by my ability to engage with a customer, develop a relationship and knowledgeably advise. I am also highly target driven and enjoy the challenge of beating my best. I believe these skills and attributes are highly transferable. Over the years I have nurtured, trained and developed many new recruits in the store and have built several successful teams, sharing my knowledge and expertise, and leading by example. I consider integrity, loyalty and dependability to be amongst my highest qualities and these have all contributed to my success as a manager, a salesman and team member.
