• Reduced number of active picking wave from 3 to 1 and cleared the wave daily in 6 hours with up to 52k unit picks in each wave.
• Designed and implemented a custom reporting suite for the RDC.

• Role created to commission and setup a newly constructed facility in Hazelmere and run the entire W/H Operation. Facility was initially 10k sq/m and extended twice to reach 27.5k sq/m in 2015.
• A total site budget with 3 direct reports.
• Setup site planning for W/H systems and built the WMS instance from the ground up to be ready before the relocation project began.
• Transitioned 7k sq/m of warehousing from Bibra Lake to Hazelmere in 2 weeks without disruption of service to clients to setup site.
• Further expanded the service footprint of the 3PL and Contact Warehousing to trigger the further development site milestones.
• Expanded Target DC services to become the prime DC for all WA stores, increasing annual cross dock carton volumes threefold.
