As a sales trainer for (PSS) Professional Sales Skills, developed by Xerox Corporation, and customized for Photo Corp of America , where I worked in Photography and sales. I implemented a national sales program for over 2000 sales people.As an entrepreneur I owned successful businesses, including a crime prevention company (Operation Crime Fight), 2 restaurants in Chicago, (Mr Chips), a security company RCSS Security, & American Crime Fighters. Also worked many years as a General Sales Manager (GSM) in retail auto sales. As a Sales manager I became a skillful marketing manager, and sales negotiator, and increased gross profits by 500% in one year.As a real estate agent/consultant I specialize in residential real estate. My marketing, Sales, and Internet background & skills will benefit both buyers and sellers.I have loved photography since I was a kid. I spent 12 years with a nationally recognized Photography company (PCS International.) As a realtor I was unhappy with most photographers and the high cost of quality photography for Real Estate Listings, so I started doing it myself.
