Produced working drawings for residential projects through all phases of the design process. Handled the assembly and delivery of all required documents and drawings for permit review submissions as well as for Denver Landmark approval. Worked closely with contractors for additional construction administration roles such as product specification to meet budget constraints and field reports from construction site visits. My duties included drawing structural plans and collaborated with engineers to provide accurate details and documentation.

Contributed to the schematic design and documentation of a remodel project to renovate an abandoned office space and create a community center. Duties included producing CAD drawings, coordinating delivery with consultants, and attending client/community meetings to gather information and concerns about the project.
