My Role: Delivered high-level executive support to the Icelandic Chief Officers, US Directors & support staff, and an affiliate partner company through managing individual and company-wide calendars, coordinating travel, negotiating corporate rates, ordering and preparing supplies and sales materials, and daily prioritization of schedule management. Additionally, oversaw and managed the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and expense reports.
