Get them on board for training (Entry level guys) or direct marketing (Experienced guys) Keeping regular contact with the billing consultant and check the project status of the consultants Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals Maintaining database of students passing out & students about to pass out. Proven experience of hiring candidates on OPT/CPT status/Canadian citizens Negotiating the compensation package, extending offer letters and ensure smooth on boarding of every individual. Briefing the prospective candidates about the company and goals and various technologies available in the industry and company’s focus on specific technology which will be imparted during the initial training period. Maintaining a good Public Relation with the recruited candidates on a daily basis and motivate them till they get placed and ensure that they stay with the organization for a long period. Recruited skilled Canadian Citizens and Fresher’s. Recruited consultant on E3 visa & Worked with L2 EAD consultants.  Possess Good communication, presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
