Lead and manage the Engineering department at ACG, overseeing the aircraft modification programs for the transition of ACG’s fleet of in-service aircraft from an existing lessee to a new lessee or the post-delivery modifications of new aircraft to the initial lessee, within a specified budget and lead time. Manage and negotiate the contracts and purchase agreements ACG has with Airbus and Boeing for new aircraft, third party Engineering and Certification firms, Buyer-Furnished Equipment (“BFE”) suppliers and overhaul facilities required to support the aircraft modifications.Support and provide guidance to ACG's Marketing team related to new aircraft configuration and compliance with current and forthcoming airworthiness mandates imposed by the major jurisdictional airworthiness authorities (e.g. FAA, EASA, CAAC),

Negotiate and manage all contracts and purchase agreements with Airbus and Boeing, engines suppliers and aircraft equipment suppliers. Manage and coordinate the aircraft configuration/customization process with the airframe OEM and the airline lessee to ensure the aircraft is built to spec. Manage and oversee the new aircraft inspection and delivery process.Support the Marketing team in estimating the price of the aircraft configuration and supply chain lead times to support placement of new aircraft.
