* Support of a cloud-based, Big Data system that monitors millions of transactions per minute using a sophisticated and complex algorithm to detect suspected Fraudulent Activities by comparing previously and dynamically learned expected behavior of a given domain. A Normalized Risk Score is created (0 – 1000) to allow created Rules to trigger actions on the transaction/user/device.• Troubleshooting of complex issues and submission of reproducible issues as Bugs to Development for clients- mobile, pc based and customer servers.• Worked with the Data Science team to investigate fraud based on statistical data and user experience and expected product behavior.• Provided support to large capital (Financial, Government, Insurance) customer base.• Troubleshot and tested with SOAP, Database queries, Kibana,• Private Environment Setup using Jenkins change control, using Windows Server 2016, MS SQL, Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Linux, Tomcat for large multitenant Cloud base product
