As Director of Development I was responsible for $80 million in development, design and construction at Erickson's Houston, Dallas and Palm Beach Gardens communities.

Started up and operated Virginia office. Negotiated and directed hundreds of projects. Developed and maintained relationships with prospective clients and insurance adjusters. Typically, the first person on site following catastrophic losses; determined client needs and developed plans to restore client facility operations quickly and efficiently.
