This role manages the Project Management Office, Training, and Governance and Communications teams for the CAPPS project. The Project Management Office staff provides project planning and oversite for the deployment of 69 agencies to the CAPPS FCM and HCM since 2019. Project budgets are over $25M annually. Staff also coordinates internal projects that include annual SSAE Audit, Identity Access Management deployment, 508 Accessibility compliance review, calendar and fiscal year end efforts and various state reporting requirements. Training staff is responsible for training new and existing agency users in CAPPS functionality. Staff provides 'Train the Trainer' sessions for new CAPPS agencies. In 2021 this team offered twice as many training sessions as compared to the previous year. Training staff maintains on-line training, desk aids and session materials. Governance and Communications staff works closely with CAPPS staff to manage numerous internal and external facing meetings. This team is also the 'voice' of CAPPS and sent out over 200 communications annually to our agency clients reporting system changes, downtimes, and incidents.
