• Works with consulting and development teams to estimate & plan resources and requirements.• Coordinates the planning, execution and delivery of large and small scale implementation projects of varied levels of risk and complexity.• Maintains project plans, documentation, and reports.• Works with suppliers, consultants, and staff to align and manage individual expectations and activities. • Manages scope, communication, schedules, and budget• Provides active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex issues.• Assigns, schedules, trains (if necessary), reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget. • Mentors and provides expertise not only to project team members.• Manages and coordinates communications with the project team which includes external clients/vendors as necessary. • Negotiate with clients/vendors regarding revisions to the Statement of Work; actively identify additional/expanded tasking and define technical requirements; obtain client sign-off.• Regularly solicits feedback from team members to improve schedules and deliverables; shares feedbacks internally and with channel partners; assess feedbacks and implements changes as appropriate.• Prepares for and conduct on-site and remote consulting engagements as needed to perform duties noted above. • Documents project deliverables, including statements of work, requirement documents, project workbooks, test plans, and final reports.• Ensures the project compliance with project financial systems, including contracting, time and expense, invoicing, and project accounting.• Leads project team activities, set objectives, establish metrics, and monitor/report progress.• Develops new plans and conceptualize solutions that would lead to additional business for the company.
