The Montgomery Biscuits serve as a key component in revitalizing Montgomery's downtown while providing fun, affordable, family entertainment to fans in Montgomery and beyond. Recipient of the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Patriot Award for the Southern League. An Annual Award given to organizations that support and engage with the U.S. Armed Forces both at the ballpark and within the community.

Securing corporate sponsorships and media partners to promote the Harlem Wizards a traveling show basketball team that was founded in 1962. Launched the Organization's Social Media Program. Developed the Government Sales Market.

Management of the Maxwell/Gunter Fitness & Sports Facilities and Programs. Designed and executed $6 Million Dollar Renovation Project in 2010.
