Jay began his career as a leasing representative for Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT) and has since leveraged that experience and understanding of what makes landlord’s tick, recognizing their drivers and weak spots, and identifying their capital needs and overall financial strength to pinpoint weakness, identify problem situations and in turn capture value for his clients.Since joining Savills, Jay has completed transactions for a vast array of office, health science and industrial space users and also managed real estate portfolios for some of the largest occupiers of space in the Philadelphia region, across the country and around the world. Jay has extensive market knowledge of Center City Philadelphia, the surrounding Pennsylvania Suburbs, Southern New Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware.
