Remote Support Services, is a part of the Central Services unit for all 6 branches (in 5 States) of TDA. We administer and implement our in-house subscription based Client Care Plan. As well as technical support for non-subscribers and TDA field personnel. We assist with system operation, network configuration, Control4, Crestron and Lutron subsystems using a variety of remote monitoring tools. I also manage our team of after-hours support technicians, to ensure quality service to all of our clients.

General Manager of Bend sales/operations. Responsible for maintaining peak efficiency of technicians, by assisting with day-to-day support needs. Drive sales to meet or exceed goals while managing monthly and quarterly financials. Meet with clients and builders to develop budgets and proposals for new builds and existing system upgrades.

I have rejoined the Custom Install team, here at Bjorn's! I am also excited to be back in Texas, which is "home" to me. I am continuing my operations management growth, by assisting in the development of the Service Coordinator position and processes here at Bjorn's. I will be focusing on customer relationships and system upgrade opportunities for long-term service and reliability. I also assist the Project Management and Custom Install teams with any technical or operations support as needed.

As Service Coordinator, I am the primary point of contact for the Definitive Audio clients and work closely with project management and custom sales staff. I communicate directly to achieve a functional and technical determination of any issues that are occurring. In turn, I must develop timely and cost-effective solutions. I make determinations on what the necessary resources that are needed for those solutions to be implemented. I effectively communicate with customers regarding a variety of topics, ranging from support processes, service policies and possible upgrade paths. As Service Coordinator I am responsible for ensuring clear, consistent communication and accountability for the overall client’s service experience. In an ancillary role, I also am a point of contact for Control4 technical questions and project upgrades. I troubleshoot client issues and make programming adjustments remotely, when needed. At the request of project management or engineering, I assist in Control4 project planning for both new and upgrade systems. I also serve as a backup for our Scheduling Coordinator.

IES is expanding it's Low Voltage presence into the San Antonio branch operations. I am utilizing my 10+ years of experience to shape the AV department into a responsive and professional team. We will be providing our expertise and technical knowledge to support our current (and future) Production Builders as well as Custom Builders. With a new focus on providing the homebuyers with affordable, and cutting edge technology for their Home Theater/Home Automation/ Whole House Audio needs. IES has partnered with companies like Control4, Kaleidescape, WAVE, and SnapAV just to name a few. After taking time off to take care of family, I am ready to find a good stable opportunity with a growing company. I have continued to improve my skill set and just achieved a CEDIA certification in Residential Networking, which nicely compliments my CEDIA training in Project Management and AV Install Management. In the interim, I am serving past clients that need system "adjustments". And I am also taking on a few new clients from referrals. Technology changes so fast, I need to stay current with them, as best I can.
