Fidelity Real Estate is a division of Fidelity Investments that focuses on the purchasing, leasing, maintaining, renovating, and the building of office spaces for associates, Through sustainability efforts, amenities, and innovative spaces, FREC hopes to cultivate an environment that is a hub for wellbeing that allows associates to thrive as they complete their daily activities. In all, FREC aims to be the reason why people want to come to work. I was privileged and honored to lead Marines during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Fallujah, and Ramadi, Iraq. Although a small part of my background, it has influenced me as a leader, problem solver, partner, and parent.I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Operations at the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business, and am currently taking classes towards an MBA. It's my hope to be able to evaluate/solve more complex business issues, and to be a better manager and leader. I volunteer as an advisor for American Corporate Partners, Honor Flight, and several other local organizations.
