During my time with the Coyotes, my projects and roles have been varied. The world of sports is unique in the plethora of ways the business presents itself to its customers. From tickets to merchandise to sponsored social media posts, I've gotten my hands dirty across the board.- Tableau admin. Secured institutional buy-in from directors, VPs, executives, and ownership while shifting reporting from Excel-based to Tableau-distributed. Currently admin for 50-70 users.- Reporting specialist. Retrofitted existing reporting infrastructure to better facilitate rapid reporting and macro analysis for ticketing information, customer sentiment analysis, and various internal KPIs (ROAS, social media value tracking, etc.). Crafted ground-up reports to be delivered to key executives on both dynamic and daily basis. Designed and distributed the ten most viewed reports on our Tableau Online instance over the last year.- Excel expert. Developed from mid level to expert and building finite models. Shared various models both internally and externally over Excel Online. Assisted executives in answering in-depth questions.-Ad Hoc accustomed. Designed various ad-hoc reports & analysis including willingness-to-pay surveying, customer lifetime value, fan geographic distribution, and game scoring. Delivery time for projects ranged from same-day to longer term (2 weeks+). - Data Warehouse foreman. Was the primary user of our data warehouse for analysis purposes. Wrote SQL queries to shape and join data sets to answer business-oriented questions. Managed technical relationship with warehouse provider.- Community involved. Led my team in volunteer hours over the last year and ranked top 5 company-wide. Member of the Coyotes Foundation grant review committee.
