Modular construction of facilities requiring stick-built interconnecting piping, electrical and instrumentation. Review and approve change requests, technical queries, material requisitions, method statements and commissioning plans.

Engineering Manager for a chemical injection project of a 200 kilometer onshore/offshore pipeline to 11 wellhead platforms producing 15 BSCFD, executed Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed engineering and commissioning/start-up. Locations transitioned from Dubai to Kuala Lumpur to Doha, Qatar. Delivered a flawless $2,000,000 performance test demonstrating pipeline injection capability prior to actual hydrate season. Executed engineering and construction of the Brownfield work without any volumetric downtime for this $600,000,000 project.

Managed detailed design for the Domestic Supply Obligation (DSO) project for installing 120 MSCFD gas compression platform and 300 MSCFD wellhead platform. Achieved $900,000,000 EPC contract award to Hyundai Heavy Industries.

Managed wellhead platform fabrication and pipeline installation for an offshore platform (20 ft water depth). Completed detailed design of an offshore platform standard at NETCO to allow design one- build many.

Directed FEED with DeltaAfrik engineering (WorleyParsons) for in-country design of four new offshore platforms with brownfield tie-ins. Organized engineering on an onshore terminal $600,000,000 flare gas recovery and onshore/offshore pipeline project that encountered partner funding difficulties at EPC award.Managed long lead equipment consisting of: 1) Siemens 25 MW turbine generators; 2) Kobe vapor recovery and low/medium pressure dry screw compressors; and 3) Dresser-Rand high pressure reciprocating compressors.

Senior Project Manager Consultant for Exxon Neftegas, Ltd. for Sakhalin 1 Orlan Platform, converted an existing drilling rig to a drilling & production facility capable of producing 100,000 BOPD and injecting 250 MSCFD of gas. Activities relocated from Canada to Far East Russia to South Korea with final installation offshore Sakhalin. The $500,000,000 project met schedule requirements for an onsite installation in July 2005.

Senior Project Engineer for ExxonMobil’s Marshall-Madison (700 ton module) subsea tie-back addition to Diana/Hoover deep draft caisson vessel (DDCV) in 4,300 feet of water. Managed this $30,000,000 module addition with incident-free execution of the control system expansion.

Managed projects for Aramco Offshore Maintain Potential Projects (OMPP), directed over 100 personnel on an installed cost exceeding $800,000,000 for the following: 1) Installed +40 wellhead platforms and over 300 km of pipelines and submarine cables; 2) Detailed engineering for a Brownfield revamp of two complete GOSP firewater systems; 3) Installed three 3000 HP electric motor driven centrifugal oil shipping pumps (removing gas driven pumps); 4) Replaced 1.3 BSCFD multi-tip flare system with single tip installation including platforms and bridges.

Managed full/self-service station providing mechanical repairs with annual sales of $1,500,000.

Worked with field personnel to develop projects to reduce expenses, increase production and maintain safe operating conditions. Devised method to lower separator pressure to increase production from 4000 to 4500 BOPD.
