My main job with the company is overseeing models library within our dcT DCIM software. The models library is an important part of our software because without it, a customer is unable to populate their DCIM system with assets which make up. What I am doing is making sure each monthly release, model tickets are getting completed and models are getting made in our Master model library tool. I am responsible the first week of every month for making sure our customers get our new models library update which is comprised of models that are being made from those support tickets mentioned previously. My other job duties consist of doing some data migration which involves some scrubbing of data from a customers prior DCIM solution or their own excel format and getting it transferred into a virtual machine that's loaded with our software.I also do a lot of traveling for the company going on Audits which mean I'm going onsite to a customers data center and taking inventory of their assets, power and data and then imputing that data into their dcT instance.

I am a dedicated Agent for a client called SPS Commerce. I accept inbound calls, provide email support and provide messenger support as well. For those who don't know what SPS commerce is or are, they one of the most popular EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) providers out there today. They offer solutions to help the transmission of EDI documents for retailers, suppliers, grocers, or disturbers. On a daily basis, I help make sure that documents such as invoices and Advanced Shipping notices make it to a retailer from a supplier and also assure purchase orders make it from a retailer to a supplier. In my 9 months being on SPS, I've learned a lot about a world I didn't even know existed and I'm still learning and enjoying it each day!Before my time on SPS, I was a dedicated agent on another client called Amwell for about 2 and a half years. Amwell is one of the nations most largest Telehealth service. My role was to make sure consumers/patients got enrolled into the service if they weren't already and to get them into a phone or video consult. I also assisted with troubleshooting issues that consumers would encounter on the mobile app or on the website.

I was brought onto the authorization team back in 2011 on a 6 month contract for a big project named Chordiant. My role was to test positive and negative tests by working with a variety of "flags" that would be put onto accounts. The flags would depend on the type of account and would influence the type of script I would need to write. As the project was coming to a close, I was recognized for my work I did the project and was kept on to continue with other projects. After working on a few other small projects and contributing in some regression testing, I was worked into the "pool of money" to be kept on longer, extending my contract. After about a year and a half of working projects that were both big and small and some regression testing, I was moved over to a another testing team called DSD-Paper. The primary purpose of this testing group was to test the visio flows customer service reps would use on the phones. On this team I would also create scripts to test the negative path of these visio flows and the positive path. I enjoyed what I did on this team because I had a helping hand in the SQL queries design to help order new test accounts that would have the necessary data for a variety of different testing scenarios. While on this team I help other Testing analysts on projects and on a few I was the lead.On both teams, I utilized a program called HP Quality Center to open defects and to pass/fail testing scripts.
