I managed the transformation for 10,000 stores for Enterprise Asset Management and Integrated Work System Management. The implementation required an understanding of complex objectives and building stakeholder consensus to the delivery approach. I worked for clients domestically and internationally. My client engagements included OCP (Moroccan company), Exxon, and BP North American. During my tenure I worked on capital projects for mining and minerals and refineries. As the project manager I was responsible for resource managements, project schedules, estimating and tracking cost / forecast. I led small team up to international teams in the US, Morocco, India, and Europe.
