As a Lean Transformation B.U. Coordinator, I manage whole year's quarterly projects aimed at improving engineering, production, and quality within the plant. Creating SOP's and provide training to cross functional team. withit additionally doing a role of Process Engineer & Maintenance Engineer.In 2023, I was appointed as a Lead Facilitator Certified by Lean Horizons Consultant, USA, due to my expertise in 5S.My greatest achievement during college was with 5 member's team we building an off-road buggy kart with modified suspension and gear shifter, powered by a 400cc 2-stroke petrol engine. we constructed it using scrap materials during final year, and it only cost 22k. This project secured the 1st rank out of 250 engineering projects in the Engineering Project Fair.Another project during my final year involved changing the angle of the air intake manifold to three inclined degrees: 60, 70, and 80. We implemented internal butress threading to create swirls for a better mixture of air and fuel. Additionally, we adjusted all three angles to reduce unburnt particles, CO, nitrogen dioxide, and CO2 emissions. As part of the modification process, we also applied ceramic piston coating to the Vikram 720D Diesel engine.I hold a first-degree black belt and have won a gold medal in open state hand breaking competitions.
