I believe LinkedIn is a story telling platform for your professional life. So here is mine;In our family, my grandfather is always the one in charge of organizing every event. He has two sons, and my father is the younger one. Despite having family around, Grandpa never involves anyone in the planning – not even his sons. Instead, he always has one trusted person by his side during these times.The rest of the family, including my paternal uncle’s family, would often make fun of his management, criticizing him for not arranging things well. But Grandpa never defended himself or explained his actions. When the event finally came together, he would always exceed everyone's expectations, leaving those who doubted him speechless.I was the only one who stayed quietly observant, watching how everything unfolded. Reflecting on this, I realize that I’ve inherited traits from my father, my mother, and, especially, my grandpa. Like him, I often keep my plans to myself in my professional life, revealing them only when it’s time for action & this habit of introspecting has made me more self-aware of my own self.The lesson here: people may misunderstand you if you don’t reveal your plans upfront.
