- Handle JPMorgan Chase book of Unsponsored ADRs.- Coordinate among traders, client service reps, RMs, settlement, and custodians to offer optimal ADR transaction solutions.- Action in responding to corporate actions (dividend, stock spit, rights issue, merger and acquisition) in the local markets.

 Involve in all aspects of Domestic Stock Borrow/Loan Operations including, but not limited to account openings, treasury movements, collateral movements, borrow /loan returns, marks processing, corporate actions, and system reconciliation between DTC and Loanet In direct contact with JP Morgan Stock Loan trading desk to ensure timely receive and deliver of stock borrow/loan Coordinate daily settlement with Brooklyn and Dallas office in excess of $5 billion dollars Provide support and develop strong relationships with traders and middle office contacts through daily communication • Manage inflow and out flow cash payments for securities settlement charges and option premiums between JPMCC and DTC including ensuring fund is correctly delivered or received in settlement timely manner.• Investigate and resolve JPMCC’s accounts cash breaks with DTC, and reconcile daily average cash balance of one billion dollars between DTC and KAFD• Facilitate JPMCC ADR conversion process in ensuring settlement time for ADR cancellation and issuance. • Offer fund investigating service for multiple internal functions such as margin, P&S, and retain robust relationship with external institutional clients • Perform DTC balancing and position reconciliation with different teams on multiple DTCC-related products, such as equities, corporate bonds, high yield bonds, mortgage-backed securities• Perform all functions of R&D department such as receive desk, SPO/PPO, Tri-party, and option reconciliation
