CurrentKey responsibilities and achievements: Projects - Prime, Workforce Planning (WFP) scope (May 22 to Present), that changed to ongoing System and Process Optimisation, post the Project completionResponsibilities- Leading workThe reduced team size meant that any work required needed to be completed from Project planning, including resourcing and dependencies on internal or external teams. This work also included OCM impact assessments and preparation of change packs when needed. Stakeholder engagement was crucial to the work and planned accordingly with representatives across all identified internal teams.- Upskilling receiving teams / End of usersCompletion of Training delivery includes the development of training strategies, applicable across multiple timezones, countries, languages and cultures. In this role resulted in over 1600 end users trained by the team I was in or Lead in over 20 locations around the APAC region. This has developed into assisting the Internal team with a lower effort scheduling process that will allow reporting and guide future direction.- Research / investigation and AnalysisThis work required application of learnings from external education on Data principles, to track and record metrics for Project completion and effectiveness or Project deliverable efficiencies requried to meassure success of solution, and meet reported cost savings, or process efficiencies.- Visualisation developmentResults from research were presented in SAC or PowerBi in order to quickly show, or track, results of analysis or improvements.- TeamworkWorking within teams is a constant theme of my career and I continue to operate as detailed in other roles, seeking to assist all team member, Stakeholders or impacted parties to do their work effectively or more efficiently.
