I was heavily involved in human relations for the PNG national staff sourcing manpower for each project. Other duties included corresponding with suppliers, ordering materials.

My role was to educate the PNG National employees in the plumbing department of NCS Properties and supervise the works to ensure that they were completed to Australian standards. During my time in this role additional responsibilities included designing hydraulic drawings for various accommodation projects, completing bill of quantities and ordering.
