Regional Production Manager
CurrentAs a Regional Production Manager for Esports, I was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of live events within the sea region. This included coordinating with teams, venues, and broadcast partners to ensure smooth and successful execution of events. I was also in charge of budget management, staffing and event logistics, as well as monitoring and improving event quality through post-event analysis and feedback. Additionally, I acted as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders to effectively communicate and resolve any issues that arose during event planning and execution. With my passion for Esports and strong leadership skills, I was able to effectively manage teams, resources and deliver exceptional events that engaged and entertained audiences.- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.- Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks related to the project's production activities.- Oversight of all projects operations including staff, vendors, schedules, meetings, broadcast and other core functions- Lead the production planning of large-scale projects including concept design, budgeting,vendor selection and integration in to other GXR regional departments- Be the point of escalation for all production-related issues for all SEA countries- Focus on innovation, by developing programs and activations to surprise and delight the community at each project- Work with the sales organization to ensure that all sponsorship obligations are integrated flawlessly- Maintain budget from pre-production through project completion and ensure all cost tracking is completed post project- Select and manage external agencies and ancillary vendors
