Communicate with corporations and foundations in a timely and effective manner, leveraging a range of media tools, phone, email, and face to face interactions. 8.) Coordinate site visits and tours with appropriate RCMA for corporate and foundation partners.9.) Facilitate timely collection of data and resources from key program staff to develop proposals and stewardship reports.10.) Accurately input data and manage the donor database RCMA’s raisers edge. 11.) Maintain the agency’s public grants and private contracts spreadsheet and calendar up to date.12.) Maintain regular reporting and reconcile income reports with the finance and contracts management team.13.)
