Lead technology consulting team supporting Retail Private Label and Cobrand businesses. Managed customer service systems team. Responsible for customer service and collections systems supporting over 4,000 reps across multiple U.S. and international call centers. Worked closely with call center operations management to define business improvements, call center productivity improvements and quality improvements enabled through technology. Responsible for systems planning, release scheduling, and project delivery utilizing SDLC methodology. Project phases spanned concept development, requirements, technical specifications, programming, testing and deployment.

Managed client engagements and directed a senior management team delivering consulting and systems integration services to a broad range of organizations in the midwest. Worked closely with client business leaders and technology managers on strategies, objectives, defining systems and operational solutions, specifying project scope, plans and budgets, and implementing technology solutions.
