Machine Designer / Project Manager, using AutoCad and Solidworks to design complex custom packaging equipment.- Auto-Cartoner for the Medical Industry, erecting a carton, counting and placing 30 surgical scrubs into the carton, gluing one end and folding the other end at 8 cartons per minute. - Depanner System for the Baking Industry using a Motoman Robots to: take baked muffins or cup cakes out of there baking pan and changing their center and placing them into a packing tray. - Cup Denesters for the Baking Industry, taking paper baking cups and placing them into the cavities of a baking pan at about 25 pans per minute (750 paper baking cups per minute). - Panty Hose Packager for the Panty Hose Industry, taking a pair of panty hose and stuffing them into a small container (“Heaven Sent” label at 7-11 convenience store).

Generated and plotted mylar templates for programs as required.- Custom machine design for, Automated 7-axis Fiber Placement Machine, Boeing Spring Winding machine, 3D Graphite Weaving Machine and modifications to existing purchased equipment.- File importer and exporter between Catia, Unigraphics, Pro-E, Ideas, Solidworks and AutoCad. Supported the quality control department with surface and point files. Over 10,000 hrs of Catia V3.2.3 & V4.1.9. Facility design work to move production from Magna facility to Clearfield, using AutoCad for layouts, foundations and piping.
