I am a sales associate in the electrical department of Home Depot. I sell electrical components, conduit, fixtures (inside and outside) for homes and rental properties, alarms, light bulbs and several other items to do-it-yourselfers and electricians. I provide assistance in providing product knowledge and the proper procedures installing these items. My responsibility is to maintain the electrical department's appearance and the shelves are stock. My other responsibilities are to assist the customers who requested help in the surrounding departments.

From 1979 to 1990, I designednd sold custom window treatments to residential, commerical and industrial customers. From 1990 to 1995, I was the sales manager for the Garden Grove, Ca store. My responsibilites were to trained new sales people and coach my fellow sales people in maintaining their product knowledge and their motivation in providing the good service to our customers. From 1995 to 2006, I was co-owner fo Drapery World. My responsibilites were to oversee the sales people, customer service and installation department, purchasing, and the workroom (factory).
