My career has taken me in various directions, all of which I have loved. I started out with a focus on research with the Army Research Institute (ARI) where I enjoyed conducting practical research, developing statistical and psychometric skills, learning technology and coding. After ARI, I have been able to use and extend my interests and skills into development of selection tools, managing selection projects for clients, development of computer and web tools for streamlining and delivering services, exploring practical hypotheses with Monte Carlo simulation and assisting clients defend HR processes such as selection and reorganization. These varied activities and skills developed over time and have kept me motivated and enjoying my work. I look forward to developing additional work interests and areas of expertise.
