My work is grounded in extensive field experience and technical expertise, leveraging evidence-based approaches to create state-of-the-art contract and grant management solutions. These solutions span a range of sectors, including climate change, renewable energy, critical minerals, health, conflict resolution, good governance, civil society, and private sector partnerships. I believe in leading with empathy and compassion, and I’m committed to fostering diversity in the workplace. My background in large organization management, networking, and crisis management enables me to bring out the best in international affairs institutions, driving excellence and impactful change.Beyond my professional endeavors, I volunteer and serve on boards related to climate change and mental health. Currently, I am proud to serve as a board member of RareGivers, a unique U.S.-based non-profit that provides mental health care for caregivers of terminally ill patients. This role allows me to contribute to the well-being of others in a meaningful way, aligning with my commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
