Network Security Engineer, Shift LeadDuties include managing the various security devices installed in the customer network; firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, log retention devices and vulnerability scanners. I perform incident handling, incident response and escalation management in a 24x7 environment. I help operate and maintain the SOC by tracking and resolving service delivery issues and by designing and implementing various projects that will lead to overall improved service quality. I act as a technical bridge between the customer and sales.
