I drive business strategy and profitability by understanding what the data tells us and then sharing those results with clients and decision makers. I love analytics and also enjoying being the interface and guide between data science to marketing, customers or other internal and external clients. I assess data, track metrics, create forecasts and projections, outline strategies, oversee finance, lead pricing and monetization, and manage client, partner, and vendor relations. I love working in unusual markets and taking on new challenges. I’ve worked for several successful startups, including being the first employee of analytic pricing advisory firm that was integral to the broader firm being acquired by Microsoft, where I stayed for four years to work in pricing and monetization of Microsoft's digital advertising. Later I spearheaded Finance and Analytics for another tech startup in the mortgage space, and for the last several years, I’ve led operations for a two-sided marketplace startup in the medical staffing space, which after adjustments and a pivot is now established, profitable and growing. My MS in Accounting from NYU and MBA from Stanford strengthened my highly analytical way of thinking. Coupled with good listening and communication skills, I have the ability to discover insights that might have been overlooked.
