• Responsible for overall management of a portfolio of 60+ study abroad programs in 20+ countries; Recruit, select and advise 200+ students through the application process annually; Support students of diverse backgrounds through personal, academic, professional, familial, and logistical concerns and create inclusive and accessible processes and marketing; Facilitate Pre-Departure orientation • Oversee the Albany International Representatives (AIRs) program designed to engage study abroad alumni; Develop integrative social programming for study abroad applicants and international students; Research best practices in study abroad participant leadership development• Assess study abroad program viability and provide recommendations for enhancement; Reconcile invoices and budgets in collaboration with the Director of Education Abroad; Assist with staff implementation of new processes, procedures, customer service and activities• Create and manage website presence for select Study Abroad programs and assist with social media involvement; Contribute to grant writing for funding of student scholarships and conference participation• Promote international engagement through strategic marketing at events, presentations, and fairs; Document and support students in crisis abroad and work with support teams to assist in emergencies; Refer students to health care providers, financial services, housing, and academic departments• Collaborate with faculty and staff locally, regionally, nationally, and globally; Represent UAlbany during annual site visits to partner institutions overseas and at NAFSA conferences; Sustainability coordinator and ambassador for university wide policy and educational initiatives

• Responsible for the overall management of McConnell Hall (2015-2017), the largest NAU community of 830 freshmen co-ed residents; and Tinsley Hall (2013-2015), a community with 480 first year co-ed residents• Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated up to 22 Resident Assistants (RAs) and 2 Graduate Assistants (GAs) annually through in-hall trainings, weekly staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, and individual and team assessment• Actively developed GAs supervision style, competencies, autonomy, and collaborative abilities; Taught and contributed to curriculum of credited course for newly hired RAs; Advised the Hall Association; a diverse student population focused on community building, events, and leadership development• Managed and assessed RA programming efforts (including promotion and budget) for up to 230 active programs annually including large scale, campus wide events• Counseled, advised, referred and followed-up with students experiencing emotional, physical, or academic crisis; Participated in on-call rotation for 8,000 residents facilitating crisis response and supporting over 160 RAs • Oversaw the operations of Residence Hall front desks including payroll, resources, staffing and training; Communicated with facilities’ staff and regularly assessed maintenance issues • Addressed family concerns with appropriate information and follow-up while adhering to FERPA guidelines• Collaboratively supervised 60 summer housing staff and oversaw operations for camps and conferences • Served on 8 unique, department-wide committees over 5+ years including: full-time and graduate staff selection, international initiatives, and professional development for colleagues • Safe Zone Facilitator (LGBTQIA+ Training), Safe Jacks Member (Advanced suicide prevention training)• Residence Hall Director “Of the Year” for 2015 (Student selected)

• Assisted with management of overall operations of coed suite-style residence hall housing 566 students; hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated staff of 11 Resident Assistants; advised student Hall Association in building wide programming efforts; managed budgets; provided leadership and direction for annual campus wide festival; served in an on-call rotation and respond to student and facilities emergencies
