- Directed the Electrical Controls operations including but not limited to: o Commissioned electrical drawings from conception to build. o Ordered parts for projects based on drawings, budget, timeline, and customer specifications. o Coordinated control systems build time with machine build deadlines. o Programmed all PLC controls and HMI touch screen panels, including all networking. o Commissioned machines in shop and onsite with controls system support. o In-depth understanding of NFPA 70E guidelines, including OSHA safety standards and practices. o Initiated change from standardized products to products that were cost effective and dependable. o Worked closely with customers to meet their specifications, standards, and operator opinions.- Controls designed for: Curing Ovens, Flow Coaters, Paint Booths with Robotic interface, and Secondary Tooling machines for small and large applications.

- Oversaw a complete turn-key project of control systems, from initial planning to onsite installation. - Projects included: o Complete pre-planning to include retrofitting controls for existing and new stamping presses. o Created electrical schematics using AutoCAD.
