Our collaborative efforts have established a framework of robust data management practices, ensuring LexisNexis's reputation for safeguarding client data remains unassailable.My previous role as Global Head of Decommissioning fine-tuned my competencies in customer relationship management and strategic planning. We transitioned customer usage away from obsolete systems, optimizing efficiency and achieving multi-million-dollar cost savings. This experience has been instrumental in enhancing our cross-functional team's ability to deliver solutions that resonate with our customers, maintaining the integrity of their data, and driving forward the mission of LexisNexis in the realm of legal research and data retention.Prior to Decommissioning, I was the Head of New Lexis Product, a London-based senior leader supporting product development in the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. In this role, my team provided guidance and strategic direction for a broad-based new web-based legal research platform. In this initiative, I was accountable for aligning international plans with overall US-based program to ensure effective prioritization and implementation of the new platform in international markets which generate $500M in annual revenue.
