Perform testing on the project called Vitality and support in testing of WhatsApp support in Marketing department -Customer Experience (Vitality).Daily activities consist of:• Prepare test scenarios and test plan accordingly to user requirements if required.• Provide accurate daily UAT health check status update to the manager reported to ensure UAT timeline is according to plan. • Ensure any issues found will be logged and perform retest when the issue is fixed to make sure the issue resolved.• Perform proper documentation of the UAT by capturing the test evidence and filed the relevant testing evidence for audit purpose.• Provide support in production checking when the enhancement items went live.

Currently reporting to a team manager with 14 members working closely to support system implementation of new product launches, regulatory changes and business initiatives within Life Operations or across department.Daily activities consist of:• Assist the team SME (Subject Matter Expert) in gathering business requirement during the Business Requirement stage.• Actively participate in business requirement gathering discussion by providingfeedback and propose solution during the discussion session with different stakeholders across departments and sections.• Assist SME in reviewing Business Requirement Document (BRD) written by IT or vendor BA for signoff.• Actively participate in test plan walkthrough (if test plan prepared by vendor) to ensure completeness of the test scope against the BRD.• Prepare test scenarios and test plan accordingly to BRD if required.• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of business users• Provide accurate daily UAT health check status update to the SME reported to ensure UAT timeline is according to plan. • Actively participate in the daily standup session.
