My interest in nutrition stems from personal challenges with physical and mental health due to a poor diet and lack of exercise.I am particularly interested in understanding and addressing eating disorders, influenced by the misinformation prevalent on social media. My dedication to this field extends beyond my academic pursuits; I actively research and offer practical advice to friends and family based on my own experiences.I am committed to promoting accurate and accessible nutrition information, aiming to contribute positively to the well-being of individuals, especially the younger demographic. I look forward to furthering my knowledge and skills during my academic journey and using them to make a meaningful impact in the field of nutrition.
