Working in North Hampshire's largest secondary school, I have overseen campus growth including two multi million pound expansions. I have a strong belief that my leadership style has created an environment of mutual respect and understanding across all of my teams. Additionally, I am proud to hold the voluntary position as Chair of Rugby at Camberley Rugby Club, responsible for player pathway, community engagement and coaching development, across the mini, youth and senior sections of the club. Previously I was employed by Surrey Constabulary for 16 years as a front line Operational Dog Handler attending a variety of fast time incidents.
