I have worked in landscaping for 13 years building patios, walls and installing plant designs residentially. In addition to physical installs, I have worked with clientele extensively in a project managerial role. Configuring design visions using Realtime Landscaper software (renders a 3D walkthrough of the clients vision using exact parameters and materials chosen) as well as helping the client decide on the right material for implementation. I source custom materials for each job with my extensive network of vendors that I rely on for timely delivery and product knowledge. my skill for interpersonal relationships helps build trust ensuring a satisfied customer at the closing of each project. This is critical because more than 50% of our customers are repeat customers. Networking with clientele, coworkers, employers, and vendors has fueled my growth in the industry through the years. I also have my hand in day to day business decisions and organization from project scheduling to pricing and billing. I have learned the importance of detail when pricing projects. Being off on a measurement will result in a shortage of material which in turn puts the project behind schedule and over budget.
