Duties to Include:- Managing a complex diary system for 2 Architectural Partners and the wider team- Arranging and holding networking and sales meetings - Constant correspondence with clients regarding Architecture & Planning projects- Audio typing from dictation, meeting minutes and reports- Assist with event planning and marketing- Creating agendas for site meetings & issuing payment certificates - Handling the partners correspondence via both phone and email and responding on their behalf- High volume of accurate email filing - Acting as a support team member for all of the wider Architectural Team- Arranging complex travel plans and booking accommodation, flights and other transport

Duties to Include:- Audio typing from dictation- Constant use of Microsoft Office Packages- Using 3 complex NHS computer systems- Answering all telephone calls and booking all appointments- Managing private patient accounts and bookkeeping and personally greeting private patients for appointments- Typing and sending over 100 letters per week- Managing doctors annual leave and arranging cover- Liaising with businesses and individuals to arrange meetings - Regular minute taking for large groups, creating agendas and circulating.- Preparing basic reports for team meetings if needed- Booking meetings and appraisals with senior members of the trust and managing the diary to ensure no conflicting bookings- Organising spreadsheets for incoming correspondence- Rotaing visiting medical students- Making travel arrangements including trains, flights and submitting travel claims

Working at Popham Hairdressing, I was faced with a fast-paced and demanding customer service environment, always multi-tasking, managing clients, phone lines, email accounts, website & marketing. I assisted with event planning and networking and acted as PA to the Directors.
