I was tasked with creating and maintaining productivity tools, primarily in Google Workspace, along setting up automation and other business process improvements. I devised solutions for complex workflow using a combination of spreadsheets, databases, and scripting. I also provided support for these and other tools through JIRA.

My responsibilities were far reaching as I was the only tester on the project: an inventory tracking program developed in-house. Working closely with the developer and project manager, I devised and executed thorough test plans, as well as making suggestions for changes and improvements.

Due to increased pressure on margins and the effects of the worldwide recession, I made the decision late 2009 to close the business.
