As a Senior Officer I have bellow responsibility's ERP and Tally Management• Ensure that the ERP and Tally software are up-to-date and well-maintained.• Regularly update product and pricing information in the system.• Train new employees on effective software usage.Invoice Management• Generate accurate VAT invoices for all transactions, complying with tax regulations.• Keep a record of all invoices and transactions for auditing purposes.• Promptly handle any invoice discrepancies or issues.Delivery Challan Management• Create and manage delivery challans for shipments.• Verify that all necessary details, such as product quantity and destination, are correctly mentioned on the challans.• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Inventory Management• Implement inventory control best practices, such as setting reorder points and safety stock levels.• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records.• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.Excel Report Maintenance:• Create and update Excel reports, such as stock reports, party ledgers, target vs. delivery reports, and others.Team Collaboration:• Collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments.• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.Data Security• To ensure the protection of sensitive information, it is crucial to maintain data security and confidentiality in software systems.

As a Warehouse In-Charge I have below responsibilities. • Maintain coordination among Warehouse, Head office, ZTE & Customer.• Ensure effective delivery, pickup, repairing and shipment activities for the entire warehouse through proper communication with the concerned person.• Supervise inbound and outbound activity & process information in WMS software.• Supervise shipment outbound & inbound activity & process outbound & inbound information in WMS software.• Generate different types of report from WMS when required as well as in excel.• Update inventory database regularly.• Perform cycle counting monthly and update database as per findings.• Documentation.• Keeping the entire warehouse’s status updated to the Management.• Reporting to the human resource department about workers safety and inform if any unusual happenings arrive.• Initially authorize employees to leave an application and forward it to the management.• Assist HR department to prepare salary sheet by providing necessary information• Attend customer meetings and execute according to Plan.• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS).• Advice for development about Warehouse Management System (WMS).• General office duties as required.

Conduct in-line, pre-final, packing audit and Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per SOP and make sure customers quality, test, packaging requirements are fully satisfied and ensure no potential risks. Segregate rejection lot and keep record and ensure leftover garment control procedure is maintained.

Empower Youth for Work (EYW) is a 5-year multi country project of Oxfam, started on 1 July 2016 and being implemented in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Pakistan, founded by the IKEA Foundation. The project aims to improve socio economic empowerment of young women and men living in climate change affected rural areas. Climate change, Gender based violence and unpaid care work have been integrated in working approach as crosscut issue. As a Soft Skill Trainer my responsibilities are given below • Participate in planning, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.• Arrange training for the people age between 15-29 in rural area.• Teaching job interview skills, communication skills, and professional behavior.• Creating lesson plans, modeling good behavior, providing practice activities, and evaluating progress.• Developing meaningful social networks and helping young people develop professional skills.

As a Community Mobilizer I have below responsibilities 1/ Participate in planning, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.2/ Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community level engagements.3/ motivate local dignitaries and form an arbitration committee to establish justice at the local level.4/ Organize reflection meetings at the local level to assess progress in community legal service implementation.5/ Provide legal aid support to helpless people.
