One day, a few years ago, whilst going through my mother’s attic, I found a beautiful floaty yellow skirt that my grandmother used to wear. Immediately, I was filled with so many different emotions: freedom, joy, strength, courage, shame, guilt, vulnerability, inadequacy, energy and victory. All this came from the ‘yellow skirt’! Clothes actually do evoke some very strong emotions within us. 👠At that moment, I felt that I should not remain in the state of mind that I was in, despite the many comments that my grandmother would say to me echoing in my ears. Little did I know back then that her comments would make me stronger; stronger to face my future, stronger to lift up others, stronger to be a fantastic mummy and stronger to be the person I am today. Today I have healed my biggest trauma of abandonment to the root cause so I can provide a high standard and energy of my service and contribution.This is why I created my company - Jaya Jankert – Empowered by Jaya.
